ITC elite goaltending

ITC Goaltending is an elite goaltending training program that works with elite goaltenders around the world of all ages. We have been honored to speak at several of ITC’s camps in summer of 2019 including their well known ‘Top 8’ camp ft. top end goalies around the globe. We were able to host our first ever workshop focusing on the importance of mental health, goal setting and relaxation exercises such as meditation and positive attitudes.
